There was two halves to this problem.
The first was entry into the feature and flagging to the user that a video had started.
The second was the full screen experience and handling multiple videos across channels.

The Prototype Guerrilla Testing Results
We guerilla tested the concepts in the Leicester Square Office.
This include enhanced find-ability through entry point from notification, element labelling, micro-animations and transitions on interaction and use of live video in the prototype.
